I was a full-time working mom before the pandemic in 2020 and when my company closed, I realized I finally had the time I always wanted to dedicate to self-development.
I longed to make myself a priority in my own life. I wanted a better balance between work, family, friends, etc. Honestly, I was nothing short of a walking disaster ridden with guilt, defeat and insecurity.
So, I spent 2020 putting my clinical expertise to use and built this site that can help women build a life they love with a very minimal time commitment. I put together this planner for women who are busy, stressed out and overwhelmed to help them get control of their life again.
I strongly believe that every woman deserves to create a life she loves and feel amazing living it. I want to help you get there!!
