About

Hi! I'm Kristin. I am a mom of two beautiful, boisterous boys, wife, psychotherapist, coach, self-proclaimed "hot-mess express," recovering perfectionist and previous full-time working mom.

My company shut down in 2020 due to COVID, so I have had the opportunity to live out my passion: helping women who are busy, stressed out, exhausted, overwhelmed, etc. (need I go on? ) find a way to love their life. I can't count the amount of planners, programs or books I bought trying to figure out how to get some type of balance in my life, but I never felt like I had the time to create a system that works.

I have felt pulled in a million different directions, having meltdown after meltdown about not having enough time!  I experienced the terrible "mom guilt" while driving away from the sitter's house as my kids are crying for me and missing out on valuable "girl time" because I had a late meeting.  I also didn't date for almost a year because "I just really needed to focus on work" and "I just didn't have any time".  I value my time more than most things and I know when women are juggling several roles, the last thing we want to do is give up time. Turns out, the pandemic offered a lot of time for me to create easy, quick ways for women to make the changes they desire.
